With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and a unique approach that incorporates equine therapy, I help my clients find balance, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives. I’ll work with you to create a personalized wellness plan (with accountability) that addresses physical health, mental health, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes with an option to explore this through equine coaching sessions.
